Don't wear anything pale. You'll look like you're like a ghost or something. If you have a pink undertone to your skin, try wearing a pink. Not so much a super pale pink, but more of a neutral pink color. If you want to go all out, get a sexy dark red dress, and pair it with a fancy hairdo and some dark lipstick. It'll look super cute, but I don't know how far you wanna take this. I'm assuming you have light blue eyes. If you do, wear a sky blue dress. It'll really make your eyes pop, and to make your eyes pop more, wear some white eyeliner. You might even be able to wear a lavender color. I have the same coloring, and I always get the most complements in bold colors. Turquoise and aqua are classics, but fuschia is really hot right now. Anything jewel-toned will look great!

If you have pale skin, pale is not the best to wear. Also you do not want to wear something too dark either. You can try a combination of light and dark colors. I would recommend a green though. Blonds look great in green.
